Our Promise to You

If we cannot fix, resolve, or provide a working solution for your specific tech issue, you don't pay for our service time.

What's Covered

  • Diagnostic time and labor charges
  • Standard service fees
  • Troubleshooting and repair attempts
  • All labor costs if no solution is achieved

What's Not Covered

  • Parts and materials already purchased or installed
  • Issues requiring third-party support (ISP outages, manufacturer defects, software licensing)
  • Problems outside our control (structural issues, electrical faults requiring certified electrician)
  • Customer-requested work stoppage before completion
  • Pre-existing conditions discovered during service that prevent the original repair

How It Works

  1. We diagnose the issue and provide a solution plan
  2. If we cannot resolve the core problem, we'll explain why and provide options
  3. No labor charges will apply if no solution is achieved
  4. Any parts/materials used will be billed at cost only

Important: This guarantee applies to the specific issue diagnosed at time of service and the service booked. It does not cover subsequent or unrelated issues that may arise.
