How do I book an appointment?
You can book through our

WhatsApp. We'll confirm your appointment time and send you all the details you need.
What's the £25 refundable pre-payment?
To secure your appointment slot, we require a £25 pre-payment. This amount is fully deducted from your final bill when we complete the work. It simply ensures both parties are committed to the appointment time.
Important: This is NOT an extra charge - it comes off your total service cost.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Greater Manchester including Trafford, Salford, Manchester City Centre, Stretford, Sale, Altrincham, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask - we're happy to travel for the right job.
How quickly can you come out?
Most appointments can be scheduled within 2-5 working days. For urgent issues or our Special Offers services (Wi-Fi Survey, Amazon Setup, Smart Device Setup), we often have next-day or same-week availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash, and all major credit/debit cards. The £25 pre-payment is taken via our secure online booking system or bank transfer. Final payment can be made after the work is completed to your satisfaction.
🔄 Cancellations & Changes
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 hour prior to your appointment time. If you cancel with at least 1 hour notice, you'll receive a full refund of your £25 pre-payment, no questions asked.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment time will forfeit the £25 pre-payment, as we've already committed the time slot and turned down other bookings.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule your appointment at any time with no penalty, as long as you give us notice. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email and we'll find a new time that works for you. Your £25 pre-payment stays with your booking.
How do I cancel or reschedule?

What if YOU need to cancel or reschedule?
In the rare event we need to reschedule (illness, emergency, etc.), we'll give you as much notice as possible and offer you the first available alternative slot. Your £25 pre-payment remains valid, or you can request a full refund if the new time doesn't work for you.

What does "Satisfaction Guaranteed" mean?
If you're not completely satisfied with our work, we'll make it right - that's our promise to you. This means:
- We'll come back and fix any issues at no extra cost
- No additional charges if the service takes longer than expected
- We won't leave until you're happy with the result
- Clear communication every step of the way
What if the job takes longer than quoted?
No extra costs. Our quoted prices are firm. If we underestimated the time needed, that's on us - you still pay the original quoted price. We believe in transparent, honest pricing with no surprises.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If something we've set up or fixed stops working properly within 30 days, contact us and we'll come back to sort it out at no charge (provided the issue is related to our work and not damage/changes made after our visit).
What if you can't fix the problem?
If we genuinely can't solve your issue, we'll be upfront about it and you won't be charged beyond the £25 call-out. We'll also do our best to point you in the right direction for specialist help if needed.

What if I have a complaint about the service?

Can I pay the £25 pre-payment over the phone instead?
Yes. If you prefer not to use the online system, call us on 07356 051411 and we can take payment over the phone or arrange a bank transfer. We'll then manually confirm your appointment.
The website is running slowly or not loading properly
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If problems persist, contact us directly and we'll help you book without using the website. We're always available by phone and WhatsApp.

What if my problem seems "too small" to bother with?
There's no such thing! We specialise in the small stuff that other techs ignore. Whether it's one smart bulb that won't pair or a simple Wi-Fi question - we're here to help. No job is too small.
Do I need to buy equipment/devices before you visit?
Not necessarily. For diagnostic visits (like Wi-Fi surveys), we bring our own testing equipment. If you need new devices, we can advise what to buy, or in some cases, we can supply and install them. Just ask when booking.
How long do appointments typically take?
- Wi-Fi Survey: 30-45 minutes
- Amazon/Smart Device Setup: 30-60 minutes
- General tech support: 1-2 hours (depending on complexity)
- 3D printer issues: 1-3 hours
We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you book.
Do you offer remote support?
For some issues, yes! Simple troubleshooting and software guidance can often be done remotely via phone or video call. Contact us to discuss your issue and we'll let you know if remote support is suitable (and often cheaper!).
